We had a great stay in this small apartment in Shinjuku! It was very clean, practical, and ideal for two people. The space is well-organized and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A convenience store is just a few steps away, and the location is super close to public transport, which made it easy to get around Tokyo. Would definitely recommend for a short and convenient stay in the city!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (age 9 and 12) for our last three nights in Tokyo. It was an excellent, comfortable, and homey stay. We slept 3 in the beds and 1 on a mat/thicker foam pad on the floor in living room. The location was a little quieter and away from the crowds yet still so easily walkable to get in the action when you wanted. The place was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed. I could see it being ideal for a longer stay. Thanks!

Very near to Keikyu-Kamata station. Around 8-10 minutes. The place got all the amenities that we need. Dryer facilities downstair with just 100 yen for 10minutes. A bit of distance from city center but we choose this accommodation because we want to be close to the Haneda Airport so its a plus point. Only 10 minutes to Haneda Airport by train.

Our stay was fantastic. The Section L apartment-hotel is like a home away from home, with all the essential amenities for a family traveling with a kid. We really enjoyed our stay, the East Ginza area (several playgrounds near by that our daughter enjoyed) and the walkability to the local train staying as well as central Ginza. We’ll be sure to book next year on our annual visit to Japan. And a big thanks to the Section L front desk staff - you were all helpful and friendly.

The geo-location is perfect with the metro station 5 minutes away the neighborhood is lively! the room is very functional and the instructions are perfect!

Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience

My husband and I loved our stay. The lobby and room were very clean! The staff were so helpful in getting us a taxi and giving us directions. We are definitely staying at Section L next time we visit Tokyo!

Great space for family, quiet, clean and convenience. 6 minutes walking distance to Ikebukuro C5 exit. At least 3 supermarkets close by. Close to airport shuttle bus.

We had a lovely stay at Jack’s place during our trip to Tokyo. The location in Ikebukuro was incredibly convenient — close to shops, train stations, and food options, yet tucked away just enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our small family. Traveling with two young children can be challenging, but the space was comfortable and safe, and it had all the basic amenities we needed — including a washing machine, which was a big plus for us. Check-in was smooth, and Jack was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions and was kind enough to check in on us via message, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great home base for our Tokyo adventure, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Thank you, Jack, for making our stay pleasant and stress-free! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to stay in a lively yet convenient part of Tokyo.

The location of Hiromi's place was incredible and very walkable to Oshiage station and the Solamachi mall! We frequented the mall directly across the street, used the direct access from Narita and also to Disney. The view of Skytree was beautiful! The ease to 7-11 almost next door was very convenient. Hiromi was very quick to respond to all my questions, friendly, provided clear instructions and resolved a small issue brought to her attention. The home was exactly as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as it made our first trip to Japan very comfortable. I highly recommended this home!

We stayed at YK for 2 nights. It's near Inaricho Station, Easy to go YK building from there. Our rooms is at 2th floor of the building. It's clean, tidy, fully furnished. He has a good manual, It's useful information for us. We happy to stay here very much.

Excellent AirBnB for families (our party had 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant) looking for a reasonably accessible location. Nice and cosy apartment exactly as described. Heaters were functional and we were nice and cosy despite the cold weather outside. Bathwater nice and warm. Laundry machine and dryer were a godsend. Kitchen was well equipped though we only used it to make instant noodles and reheat food. Our toddler loved the toys. Sleep was peaceful and the surroundings were not noisy at all. Reasonably accessible to Nishi-shinjuku even with a loaded stroller. There's one convenience store that's incredibly near (probably less than 30 seconds away!), and another down the road too. Letitia (Tia) was an amazing host; responsive, friendly, meticulous, thoughtful and helpful. Check in was a breeze at the agreed-on timing and location for meetup. Overall strongly recommend! Good location, just a few mins walk with many things to see along the way to Shibuya crossing. Although it is on the first floor, apartment is located on a quiet street so there is not much noise. Room is clean and spacious. The house is well equipped for living. Aircon is in great working condition if u want it hot or cold it can do both well. Water kettle to boil water is very clean too. The only con is the bed. It is smaller than a queen size bed. Thank you.

Masami was amazing! From the booking process to the stay, she was extremely communicative and responsive. Her guides in the home was thorough and left me feeling confident when navigating appliances in a difference language. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Masami!

Great value and convenient. Though i would suggest travellers to bring their own towels s these were not provided. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay especially this close to city centre at this price.

It was a nice place to stay, close to the station with elevator entrance (Asakusa St.) and location is walkable to the nearest site (Sensoji Temple). Its clean and comfy, and also quite, make it easy to relax after walking all day. Host and co host were responsive, very helpfull.

The location is the best! Next to 3 major train lines. The place was perfect for 2 people and couldn’t ask for a better host! 7/11 is right across the unit super convenient. Will be going back here the next time I visit:) 10/10 recommend for solo travelers as well!!

N gave us great directions from Shinjuku station, which is a maze, and we found the place very easily. The apartment had everything we wanted. Possibly a few tea bags or a few coffee sachets would have added to it, but otherwise we did not need a thing. Great to have laundry facilities and again the instructions with this were clear. We were amazed at how peaceful the location was in the heart of such a huge and busy metropolis. There were some nice restaurants nearby and we ate out every evening. Definitely a place we would go back to; it felt like a home from home straightaway.
