Holiday rentals with a patio in Sairé

The place is exactly as in the pictures and the hotel is very good In addition, the hostess was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always available to help with any questions and ensuring that we had the best experience possible. I really enjoyed my stay, a flat with everything I needed. Very good place to go with family(my case), or just a couple. Near the entrance for access to the amenities of the hotel, quiet parking, air conditioning works well. Very nice! I highly recommend it, and I plan to come back other times.

Well-equipped Flat, organized kitchen, has basic utensils for the stay, comfortable beds, the condominium is quiet and wooded, has places for walking, the employees are educated and requested, has a maid service included if necessary. because it is ground floor has a plus factor which is the area of the garden. The host is very requested, passed all the instructions correctly.

The apartment is cozy and clean. It is recommended to have a few days going down, as the place is very quiet and pleasant. The only thing I score is the lack of accessibility of the condominium. There are stairs to get to the flat, in the common areas as well. In addition, the flat is wonderful.

We felt at home! A super comfortable space, the house a delight, has everything we need. The pool heater works perfectly! The condominium is good, excellent location including the banks of BR232 but could be better taken care of, even though it is an old condominium, lack of care is clear. As for the apartment, the place is good and has cooking utensils, only the microwave was not working.

We chose the Iara flat to stay at Villa Hipica, sincerely it was the best cost-benefit. villa Hipica is simply wonderful for children who enjoy activities. I went with 3 children and my husband, the local staff is wonderful. There is programming on the holidays from 09h until 9pm. My children loved and consequently we TB. they were able to participate in all the activities of the site. With regards to hosting, everything was fine. The place had everything we needed, it was clean. The unforeseen events that occurred (the air was working) Iara promptly solved. always quickly to answer and solve. the only problem is that unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the host) this part of the flats was a horrible smell of feces, this because the lake was drying and the smell of organic matter was spreading.... We could not make use of the balcony or the pool in front of the flat, which did not prevent us from enjoying it, would return again!
