Apartment holiday rentals in Saipan

It was so good that I thought it was an accommodation that I wanted to know alone. Beautiful and comfortable beach 2 minutes away And with the clever dogs that follow the beach together, Daily cleaning and towels provided allowed me to stay happier and more comfortable than at home during my stay. Of course, the owner and staff in the Listcomport House were also very friendly and accommodating. I really want to come back next time!!

This is an amazing place that is located in the heart of Garapan. You don’t need a car to get to most places, like the beach, cafes and restaurants, stores, etc. Also, the host is extremely helpful, and my friends and I were satisfied with everything. No complaints at all!

This property was a great place for my family to stay on Saipan. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach (I timed it!) and the beach itself was lovely—quiet, clean, perfect. There was enough space for my family of 5 to stay here. Housekeeping every day was a bonus—you don’t usually get that with Airbnb. My kids loved the landlord’s dogs that lived on the property. The Lees were kind and lovely as were the housekeepers. We would be happy to stay here again.

The house is comfortable and clean. Mr and Mrs Lee are very kind. They picked up and drop off us at airport. Mr Lee can speak a little chinese. The house is quiet, but a little far from downtown. It is better to rent a car here.

My family and I enjoyed the accommodation very much for so many reasons! The location was near the beach which was the best because the beach was beautiful, it was a 5 minute walk - 3 minute drive to the supermarket which was really convenient and she had her staff clean our unit every single day to ensure the place was clean at all times. would definitely recommend to my family and friends for sure and I would definitely come back the next time my family and I visit saipan again.

Chris is friendly and responsible! Our 1st stay was at his San Roque house and the 2nd was at this one. It is a cozy yet spacious place with a hot shower! The striking multiple blue colors ocean view from the apartment is unforgettable! We will surely stay at one of Chris’s properties next time again! Thank you Chris! M&C

This was the second time staying at Mrs. Lee's comfort house. Quiet, clean, safe, and central. Also great value. All the necessary amenities plus welcoming gifts. Highly recommend to anyone going to Saipan.

Spacious, clean, great location. The beds were a little too firm for me but I know that this is a personal preference. Otherwise, extremely worth the price and within walking distance of everything we needed :)

This place has a great location and a very minimalist approach. There is a common area for anyone trying to watch TV, then there are seperate private rooms. The showers are nice, though aimed a little high, the beds are comfy, the balcony is the 100% highlight. great view. I liked this spot. It serves as a nice home base for exploring the island. The staff is nice too. It would be nice to have appliances to cut back on food costs, but thats no big deal.

Had an amazing time, area is beautiful, bed and pillows was the softest I had had in a while!

The host is very helpful and friendly，response to every request from us！ Location has a great sea view，quiet neighborhood，clear night sky with stars. Host also provides car pick up service and breakfast，which is very convenient！ The room is clean and tidy with everything you need. There is a common kitchen，laundry and Ping-Pong table.... Very nice in a word！

A gracious host he is! A place is a home away from home. You will be greeted with family love from both the people and the fur babies. It was the basket of seasonal fruit for me that added a special touch to my stay. Great abode for serenity and tranquility!

Very convenient location (literally 2 turns) from the airport. It's more like an apartment with a living room (with TV, wifi and free mineral water bottles), a kitchen and a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Transfers to/from the airport can be arranged by the host.

It was really clean and impeccable. The host was so kind, and it was nice that they responded quickly when I contacted the host. I would highly recommend it to people around me, and I will reschedule my stay here if I travel back to Saipan. Especially the beach near the house is private and it was so nice for the kids to play. The host is very friendly and warm-hearted. And the place is quiet and clean. The host offered the pick-up service for us from the airport, even though my flight arrived at 4am. Really appreciate. Will stay here again next time.

It's next to the airport, so I thought it would be comfortable, so I caught it without much thought. It was more peaceful than I thought, and the neighbors were kind, quiet, and nice. The surrounding dogs bark, but they are nice and listen to the horses (if you tell them to be quiet, be quiet..) The host is friendly, and even though it's dawn, the flight time is delayed, so he even changed it to pick it up. Especially when communicating, I'm Korean, so it was impressive to be considerate while turning the translator in Korean. “Is there anything inconvenient?“On the last day of Saipan, I left with a very good heart.

As soon as you arrive, you pick me up and the sea is awesome in front of the accommodation. It's a family trip for 5 people, and I didn't rent it separately, but the host lent me a car cheaply. They also took me to the local restaurant myself and changed it to an additional late checkout. The return flight was a dawn plane, but he drove me to the airport after sleeping. The accommodation was enough for a family of five, and there were dogs in the yard, which was very simple, and he drove me to the sea in front of the accommodation. Sometimes there were ants and small lizards, but it wasn't bothersome. The kids are going to take the geckos and raise them... lol There's a grocery store 3 minutes away, there's a grocery store, a beach, and it's awesome!! I intend to return this winter.🤩
