A St Denis, secteur Bellepierre, appartement type T1 de 27 m2 et une varangue de 7 m2, avec vue sur la mer. Le studio se situe au 1er étage, avec ascenseur, de la résidence sécurisée « Les Dunes de l’Ocean » et dispose d’une place de parking en sous-sol. Le logement est proche de tous commerces et commodités, à 2’ du CHU de Bellepierre et du centre-ville, à 5’ de la route du Littoral. Il comprend un séjour ouvert sur cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, une varangue avec coin salon.

The Sapotes Bungalow

Dans villa 200 m d'altitude avec piscine chauffée : petit bungalow indépendant dans jardin (chambre parentale, lit double, salle d'eau, cuisine ext.). Accès partagé à une terrasse couverte avec une grande table, au jardin et à la piscine. Nous avons dans le jardin un chien charmant. Il y a un supplément de 6€ par nuit si vous êtes 2. Des commerces de proximité à moins de 10 min à pied. Saint-Paul centre à 20 min en voiture et plages à 30 min. Transports en commun possibles mais compliqués.

Guest house au calme

En front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès directement depuis le studio à une grande terrasse, non couverte. Entre tradition et modernité, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, idéal point de départ pour découvrir l'authenticité de l'Est de La Réunion (St benoit, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et vous conseiller au mieux pour vos escapades. A bientôt!

Ideal for your short getaways, hikes in the east of the island or to visit (Salazie, Hellbourg, Niagara Falls, Veil of the Bride, White Waterfall, Dioret Forest, L'Anse des Cascades in Sainte-Rose, Bassin Bleue, Mafate etc...) Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and Wi-Fi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15 minutes by car) it makes it an ideal base both: for your arrival on the island, to organise your stay; and, for the day before your departure.

Our bungalow, located 5 minutes from the airport, is designed to offer you a relaxing stay. You will discover a bright and airy space with a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with garden where you can relax while listening to the birds singing. Close to all amenities (shopping malls, cinema, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, pools and waterfalls), 40 km from Salazie.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

The Brises bungalow

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
