This F2-type accommodation is located on the first floor of my house, in a quiet area, close to shops and highways connecting St Denis in 20 minutes, St Paul in 10 minutes and the lagoon of St Gilles in 20 minutes. It consists of a bright bedroom overlooking a balcony, a separate and fully equipped private kitchen and a bathroom with double sink and private toilet. The Rosthon Park health course is a 2-minute walk away and the access to the hiking trails is nearby.

Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked.
