Short trip but pleasant! The apartment was perfectly as described, very clean, well-equipped and a great location. Host was very responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

The spot is ideal, the apartment is great, super clean, kitchen is great, good quality bedding. Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning... water tank in case of local outage... and parking in front of the apartment, private beach -100 m from the apartment. Early markets, supermarkets, stadium, restaurants, beaches, and the Ilet du Gosier accessible by swimming or with shuttles... everything is accessible. Everything was perfect, even the concierge is available and responsive to needs... I recommend it without reservation. Thank you Jerome for your attention

A clean, tastefully decorated and very well located accommodation (Place Ste Victoire and the spice market 5 min walk away and the great iron cathedral just at the end of the street). Régis was very good advice and easy to contact. I highly recommend this listing!

I lived there for 50 days, nothing but pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. It goes so far as to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Rudy's place perfectly matches the photos, or even better! Everything is clean, spacious (much bigger than what the photos show), and very well maintained. The place is peaceful, quiet, well ventilated, and the view… absolutely breathtaking. A real change of scenery. If you are looking for a place to recharge in the great outdoors, with no headaches or special requirements, this apartment is ideal. I spent 5 days there as part of a training with a client, and it was perfect for quiet work. Rudy and his loved ones are responsive, discreet and very nice. I really enjoyed their welcome and availability. Thanks again!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area. It is very well furnished inside and out. Very good place to stay even on rainy days or days off in the living room. Very well furnished for those who travel in groups, leaves enough space in the house for everyone to have their own space. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

Exceptional accommodation on the point of modernity with breathtaking decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms and bathroom are furnished with plenty of storage for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has private entrance and parking on site. The hospitality of the hosts is warm, it immediately feels like home, I recommend it!

Guillaume and Sophie’s place exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it as a home base for exploring beautiful Basse-Terre. My friends and I felt like we were in paradise! The pictures and description of the property are accurate. Many outdoor seating areas allowed us to enjoy the spacious and beautiful gardens. We were delighted that each of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, allowing lots of comfort and privacy. Renting a car is a must! Be prepared for roads that are a bit narrow and curvy. That said, my friends and I did some exercise walks around the neighborhood and up to the baths of Sofaïa without any issues. A highlight for my group was having a private chef cook meals for us right at the house. We hired Phèdra at Cuisine Nomade and she was fantastic!

We had a great time at Elodie's place, a very responsive and pleasant host. The location of the accommodation is perfect for discovering the whole island. The pool (which is accessed at any time, even in the evening) is a bonus for the accommodation. We would highly recommend this one.

We had a lovely stay. The host is very friendly and available. The small booklet of visit and excursion recommendations is very useful as well as the restaurants that were recommended to us. I highly recommend the cottage for both its location and the place.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
