Beautiful villa with swimming pool and outdoor wood fire kitchen, large spaces, however we do not allow parties, small evening with friends allowed on weekends until 10 p.m., sleeping for 8 people max, otherwise a complaint will be filed if not respected, the whole house is non-smoking except outside, in addition it is forbidden to eat and drink in the pool.
