Its interior finish is mainly composed of wood; which makes it particularly warm, conducive to rest and rejuvenation. Nature lovers will be pampered by the beauty of the landscapes and its completely unique viewpoint. The variety of birds is impressive and seals are part of the furniture. Ancestral house from 1850 with river view. The apartment is registered with the Corporation de l'Industrie Touristique du Québec (CITQ) #302493, as provided for by Quebec regulations. The apartment is on the second floor with independent entrance, I live downstairs. Everything is included, just bring your good mood!! It is located close to tourist attractions. Access to a bike path along the St. Lawrence River and a park by the water.

Studio in ancestral house

Located in the ancestral house we live in, the studio offers private access and can accommodate up to 3 people. Included: kitchen area (espresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and dishes), bathroom with washer-dryer, bedding, parking as well as basic condiments, coffee and tea for a few days. In summer, an electric BBQ and an outdoor table are added. Locally grown vegetables are on sale at the Maraîcher d'en haut kiosk.

Our home is located on the river side with spectacular sunsets and our backyard is the beach. Tourist area with lots of activities, hiking, vineyard, submarine, Jardin de Métis, Mont-Comi (ski) We are directly on the arts route, so there are many galleries nearby. Walking distance to a craft brewery, canteen. In high season this accommodation is rented for a 7-day period from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. (Property 304573)

In an ancestral house, located directly on the shoreline in Sainte-Flavie. Charming country apartment for 2 people, very spacious. The exterior was renovated in 2021 and the house is now RED IN COLOR. The interior of the home was renovated in 2017. Beach access and BBQ in the field. 3 km from downtown Sainte-Flavie, 5 km from Mont-Joli and 30 minutes' drive from Rimouski town. Cleaning is done by a cleaning company.
