Holiday rentals with a patio in Sainte-Anne

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Tastefully modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

We had an all-round perfect time staying with Serge and Sylvie! The place is beautiful, very well maintained and ideal for two people, we really lacked nothing. Particularly noteworthy is the lovingly landscaped garden and the hot tub, which is ideal for relaxing. Serge and Sylvie were always available, extremely accommodating and helpful and yet we had our privacy at all times. Their tips for the area were super helpful and in a small medical incident they helped immediately and easily. We felt comfortable from the beginning and would come back anytime if in the area.

Beautiful apartment with sea view and pool . Excellent central location on the island and close to the coast. Beautiful quality of the furnishings and kitchen. Our host Nathalie has always been kind , flexible and very responsive to our requests.

Why stay at Nicole's? First of all, for Nicole and her husband, who are attentive and discreet, they will be a useful resource to meet all your needs. There is also this accommodation, independent, perfectly equipped (Air conditioning, very good Wifi signal, orange subscription with Canal + as a bonus), perfect for a quiet stay, while being close to all amenities, a supermarket, the airport, opposite the tennis club of Les Abymes, close to the center of Les Abymes. Ideal for settling in as soon as you arrive, before organising your stay, on Basse Terre or Grande Terre. Thank you again for hostinging us!!

Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Thank you Edouard and Laetitia for our pleasant stay. The place is good for my family, with two children (6 years and 21 months). The pool is great after a day of sightseeing outdoors, and is safe for young children. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, you can walk around. The accommodation is close to the beaches (5 minutes by car), as well as the pharmacy, Leclerc and Carrefour. We communicated well with the owner, who gave us some good tips for our visits. And thank you again for the welcome gifts! We really felt at home in Guadeloupe, thanks to your beautiful garden and good rum. We can't wait to come back to your place soon! 👋

Good place to explore the southern area of Grande-Terre. Everything you need is available.

The place is really beautiful, even better than the photos. The pool, pleasantly warmed by the sun, is a real plus. The location is also very good, in a quiet neighborhood while being within walking distance to everything there is to do in Saint-François. I would recommend it 100% if you are visiting Saint-François!

We literally LOVED our stay with Marc and Marilys who were warm and welcoming and attentive as soon as we arrived. The place was just spotless, everything was thought out so you feel good and don't miss anything! The amenities are modern and aesthetic: the shower is just amazing! The mattress, too! Accommodation is nice, very well thought out! The outside corner is just falling to the floor! We were pleasantly surprised by the photos because the space looks bigger in reality. We were treated to a banana jam, fruit, milk, coffee but also our hosts offered us when we arrived to order dishes à la carte which is a great idea. Tips, but also pleasant discussions: Marylis and Marc are a beautiful solar and caring couple! They allowed us to use a crib even outside the home. We'll go back to their place! ❤️

What a remarkable place! Marilyse and Marc were excellent hosts. Very responsive to may questions and so welcoming. There was so much thought put into our needs from welcome drinks to breakfast items. The Banana Marmalade was delicious 😋. Truly a great place. We would definitely stay here again. Marvellous.

Beautiful secluded villa but close to the village and all shops! Great for sightseeing after visiting the island! The pool and garden are very nice. The amenities are perfect and in sufficient number! Nothing was missing! You can book without a second thought!

Our stay for four (2 adults / 2 children) at Sophie's was Perfect! Great welcome, at the agreed time with a small local fruit juice Secure residence where calm, kindness and respect for others reign, day or night. First thing when you walk into this apartment is the VIEW; BEAUTIFUL! It immediately invites you to go for a dip in the pool. Then it's the colors chosen to decorate this home, blue, yellow, green, colors that make you want to flourish in this little nest! ;-) Very well equipped, maybe even too much, but what do you expect, Sophie wants us to be at home. One question, no problem Sophie answers you right away! Constantly ventilated, and bathed in light! Really, thank you! See you soon!!

The host responded very quickly and was very helpful during our stay. Great apartment, clean and good location. All services are nearby; restaurants, pharmacy etc. I recommend it 100%.

I had a great stay at Marina's place! Communication was simple and fluid from start to finish. Access to the accommodation is easy and everything is very well organised. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, perfect for feeling at home. I 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Saint-François in Guadeloupe. Thank you again Marina!

Top location: Pool access with sunbed, small beach with picnic tables + restaurant almost right on the water. Accommodation: very nice, all the equipment is available, there is air conditioning, as well as a fan on the kitchen/terrace part. I would say that for a few days for a family of 4 (2 adults / 2 children) it does, you just have to take the time to put away your belongings, and unfold/fold the extra bed which is on the kitchen/terrace part and not be sensitive to noise because there is no "real" separation from the outside in the direction where there is a roller shutter and windows with blackouts. Anyway, it wasn't a problem for us! We recommend it without hesitation. Especially since the value for money is very good. Thanks also to Sylvie the co-host, very nice, available and accommodating 🙂

The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement. Very clean accommodation, and nothing is missing. Everything is within walking distance, bakery, supermarket, bank... Franck is always available and extremely kind. If the place hadn't been rented again we would have stayed there longer! We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time 2 adults and 2 children (4 years and 18 months). The place is super clean, comfortable and has all the essentials for a nice stay, including a cooler and a very safe and comfortable crib. We really enjoyed the view from our accommodation and the shops on the site (convenience store with lots of choices, delicious bakery and pizza and burgers restaurant with a great atmosphere in the evening). We highly recommend for families who want to visit the area and enjoy the beautiful pool:) Thank you Isabelle and Christophe
