Situated on the hillsides, the house is just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne.

Only 800 m separates the cottage from the Dordogne River where you can practice many leisure activities such as canoeing, swimming, fishing and hiking.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.
