Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

You will be on the edge of the Véloroute des bleuets, snowmobile trails and the marina of St-Henri-de-Taillon. Located directly on Regional Route 169, you are close to all services: gasoline, restaurants and groceries. We wish you a pleasant stay with us!

Chalet au coeur de la forêt -St-Prime. Lac St-Jean

You'll have access to the 5km of trails in our wood-burning lot as well as 2km from the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. Guests can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. N.B. For the winter season, there will be no running water. I brought you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Great for 2 people.

My chalet in the beautiful marshes

Relax with family or friends and enjoy nature 20 minutes from St-Félicien. Go on the snowmobile and snowshoe trails in winter, on the lake in summer, stop for a moment to watch the birds. The chalet is not directly on the waterfront but 500 m away, there is the Bôme marina, an observation tower and a small public beach. Or just rest in the newly renovated cottage and explore the multiple tourist destinations in the area.

With a closed bedroom and a foldaway queen bed in the entrance, it can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
