Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

In the heart of the village (5 min walk) you can enjoy local shops: butcher/caterer, bakery, Proxi, bar/tobacco, some evenings of the week food trucks (burgers, pizzas). Possibility of baby equipment (beds, high chair). There are many activities nearby: water park a few minutes away, vineyards, troglodyte villages, Loire Valley castles less than an hour away. TGV train station 6 minutes by car.

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

My house is a troglodyte, the garden overlooks the village and offers breathtaking views of the castle and the 11th century church. It offers tranquility, freshness (20°C all year round regardless of the outside temperature). It's the perfect place to disconnect. All my equipment will be at your disposal as well as my video projector (Chromecast, DVD, HDMI cable). I'll be flexible on schedules. :)
