It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

A charming independent cottage of 2 to 5 people located in the blue mill on an islet of the Vienne in the middle of a property of 15 hectares. A small private garden, a shared indoor swimming pool (heated from early April to mid-November), a sauna, a boat, canoes, a ping-pong table, a table football, WiFi, are graciously available to the tenant. Two large private walks with many accesses to the river.
