In a cheerful, bright and seaside atmosphere, charming T2 facing the sea in a wooded residence with swimming pool, 5 minutes walk from Anse Collat beach and its magnificent sunsets. This is my main residence, which I make available. Air-conditioned, naturally well ventilated, the apartment has a lot of character, with its terrace facing the sea and its nice private deck. The countryside yes but in Martinique we are never very far from the sea, 20 minutes from the beach from Madiana to Schoelcher.
