Cette maison de charme peux accueillir 2, 3 ou 4 personnes. Elle est entièrement dédiée à l'éveil des sens, tout est pensé pour y passer un moment inoubliable. Retrouvez des prestations de qualités et insolites : baignoire balnéo, ameublement spécifique... Nous proposons en supplément différentes planche (fromage/mixte) ainsi que des bouteilles (vin/champagne). N'hésitez pas à nous écrire pour plus d'information. La maison est situé à Folles, 35min de Limoges, à 7min de l'A20.

Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Charming 4 rooms, building 1530

Enjoy this charming, recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city. The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

Montfolles, rural enjoyment of the Limousin

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

This Gîte is located in a very quiet village in a beautiful green area in the region "Creuse" of the Limousin, France. Ideal for peace and nature seekers and super for the cyclist. Super supermarket and train station 2 minutes walk. Restaurants and large supermarkets and other facilities can be reached within half an hour. This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

Boudelogne Mill "At Alphonsine's"

Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.

"La Pissarelle" Gîte Limoges / Guéret

A true haven of peace, adorned with wisteria and hydrangeas, La Pissarelle is the perfect base for beautiful walks, bike rides or motorcycle rides. Just 5 minutes away, enjoy the beach of Châtelus-le-Marcheix on the banks of the Thaurion. Around a fire in winter or a barbecue in your private garden on sunny days, the "La Pissarelle" cottage is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with friends and family.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small village, completely renovated, it is on the ground floor of the second accommodation (private entrance for each of the accommodations) and adjoining the owner's house. Ideal for a quiet stay, surrounded by nature (many hiking sites, swimming...) Close to all shops (3 km), tourist office (9 km) and train station (15 km).

You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sofa bed downstairs that is ideal for children, and an open-plan mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room, which also has access to the terrace.
