Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Cottage near Lake Vassivière, Le Béchat

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

La Grange de l'Ours

The bear's barn, an old barn renovated into a charming little 60 m² accommodation (surrounded by barns), arranged as a duplex, furnished and equipped with all the necessities for the proper functioning of your stay. Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. Guéret is about 20 minutes away. 2min away, the Etang de la Grande Cazine for fishing and walks. Independent access, and terrace with large garden.

Montfolles, rural enjoyment of the Limousin

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

This charming house can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. It is entirely dedicated to the awakening of the senses, everything is designed to spend an unforgettable time there. Find quality and unusual services: spa bath, specific furniture... We also offer different boards (cheese/mixed) as well as bottles (wine/champagne). The Belvédère des Cotilles

Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. Artists, fishermen, hikers, lovers of history and old stones, we would love to welcome you to our beautiful region of Limousin.

Country House

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small village, completely renovated, it is on the ground floor of the second accommodation (private entrance for each of the accommodations) and adjoining the owner's house. Ideal for a quiet stay, surrounded by nature (many hiking sites, swimming...) Close to all shops (3 km), tourist office (9 km) and train station (15 km).

"La Pissarelle" Gîte Limoges / Guéret

A true haven of peace, adorned with wisteria and hydrangeas, La Pissarelle is the perfect base for beautiful walks, bike rides or motorcycle rides. Just 5 minutes away, enjoy the beach of Châtelus-le-Marcheix on the banks of the Thaurion.
