Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. Situé dans un hameau calme, proche de la RN145 et de La Souterraine à 10min avec toutes ses commodités. Guéret est à env. 20min. A 2min, l'Etang de la Grande Cazine pour la pêche et les balades.
