Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.

Activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, lake... are available in the surrounding villages (about 15 km) and you will have the opportunity to visit many beautiful small villages with their restaurant that will serve you our good Périgord products. A perfect place to put your bags down and feel at home.
