Beautiful cottage situated amidst 12 hectares of nature, between meadows and forest, perfect for strolling and observing wildlife. A quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and our farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage. You can come and collect your bread from the farm and enjoy a glass of wine at our winemaker friends' place.

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Les chiens sont acceptés mais il n’y a pas de clôture sur les 4000m2. Vous êtes entourés de champs . Supermarchés et restaurants à 10 mn .

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
