I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pictures were right on. She changed units since i had not requested a ground floor. Checked to make sure things were satisfactory. Mid week cleaning was great. This will be my go to place fir future trips.

Had a great stay. Amazingly conveniently located for both marinas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

We had an amazing stay at neem view apartments, the host was very helpful and welcoming! The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back on our next visit to the island

The apartment has great views and is in a super location for restaurants, shops etc. in English Harbour. Pigeon beach and Nelson’s Dockyard both just a ten minute walk away. The latter is great place for morning coffee as well as the history and museum. The evening noise from distant discos was evident but not too bad and added to the atmosphere of this super place.

What an exceptional spot! Kay/ Team ensured all my nuance questions and needs were answered before, and during booking/stay. You will not find a more kind, professional and supportive/ responsive host/ team on this island! The beauty speaks for itself! If you want water access, and appreciate exposure to the Islands birds/wildlife. The location is wonderfully quiet/ serene with all the access for yachties/ restaurants/ services and professional staff in the area. Walk to town, or over the hill to beaches. Extremely clean and amenities provided for. This is a gem I highly recommend and will return soon to as often as possible! Exceeded my expectations!! Ali

Vanessa offers a tranquil environment; we found it to be a true home away from home. Modern features with an attentive host ‐ whose exceptionally thoughtful to have provided drinks & snacks. We'll surely visit again!

Ita is amazing. I ended up missing my flight and my in laws got there before I did. I quickly sent her a message to let her know and she made accommodations for them to check in early! I arrived the next day with my family and she made sure to come by once again for us to meet. She organized cleaning services a couple times per week to ensure that the house stayed spotless during our stay. One night we lost power because a driver crashed into a post in a nearby village which caused the power to be out for a few hours, at that time I was having a bbq with my extended family by the pool. I texted her & She responded quickly and said she was going to come by. I told her it’s ok because it was late (about 7pm) and she lived approximately 20 mins away. She acknowledged and said no problem. Around an hr later (I wasn’t expecting anyone) there was a knock at the door, it was Ita with a super bright light which lit the entire house! She was extremely genuine and we liked that about her!

Tashika is an amazing host, going above and beyond to help all her guests have a great stay. She and her family are all super helpful and very friendly. The place has everything you need, is spacious, clean and has great views of antigua. I highly recommend staying with her.

Alyson and Tony are wonderful hosts. We made a stop at grocery store en route and he met us there to guide us to the house, which is an an primo location in a nice neighborhood. Upon arrival he and Alyson were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as described and depicted - great living area and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The private yard made for excellent security and the tropical foliage was so cool, especially with the well-maintained plunge pool that we used often. On our first night we walked down to the excellent Fox House restaurant. While dining on the porch a big downpour came. A little while later Alyson arrived to check that we were ok and not caught in it. Her thoughtfulness and kind heart did not go unnoticed. The best is that the house is so close to several spectacular beaches. We liked Darkwood the best of them. Jolly Harbour is just a mile or so away, too. Thanks Alyson and Tony for making our stay so wonderful!

She made me one of Antigua ´s national dish to taste and I am foodie. I will not tell more about that part apart that it was the tastiest meal ever. Charmaine is very friendly, and is great with gardening. She is a great host. Will recommend her and will revisit soon.

Our stay with Kristty was overall very good! Kristty did everything in her power to make our stay optimal and enjoyable. Sadly due to an unknown mishap, there was a one-day overbooking at the start of our stay. She was very upfront and honest about the mishap and communicated with us responsively until the matter was resolved to an acceptable solution. Kristty used her connection to place us in an AirBnB of her friend (Shout out to Gerard!) for one night. As a token to our understanding, Kristty provided us with two eSims for us to use during our stay, and more purified water for us to use during our stay.

Beautiful villa, even better than the photos and with great views. Spacious rooms and five minute walk from Dickenson bay beach. Extremely responsive host with great communication. Third bathroom had some plumbing issues but we were told on arrival. Aircon in bedrooms and fans in living areas. Walk to wonderful Italian restaurant but recommend a car for ease of travel and sightseeing around the island.

My Wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kay’s lovely space in South Point. It was a truly incredible experience. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. There are two local grocery stores that are walkable as well. The space itself is very clean and welcoming. It is near local attractions such as Nelson’s Dockyard and Shirley Heights but also feels private and removed. Kay, herself, was very responsive and provided many recommendations for things to do locally and on the island in general. I would highly recommend this location and hope to have occasion to return soon!

Location, location, location! The deck of this condo is directly over the water, overlooking a beautiful secluded beach. Walking distance to a cool old fort and another lovely beach. The pool area is very nice, as well. We had a blast in this comfortable (though not fancy) home.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

From beginning to end, we had a great experience. The property is situated in a private villa with a small lagoon at the beach. It feels like a Spanish fort when you are sitting down at the beach in front of the lagoon because of the large retaining wall preventing erosion to the property. We stayed in the Lo Studiolo, a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Caribbean and were greeted by Fiona upon arrival. She was responsive and informative and made our stay easy, including offering recommendations and reservations at some local restaurants. Mercedes, the housekeeper made sure everything was clean and tidy and checked-in with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. If you're looking for a private, unrushed and go-at-your-own-pace setting, you couldn't find a better spot. It's the kid of spot an artist or writer would enjoy to have a private get-away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.
