Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The house has a Canadian well, a geothermal system that cools the air in the house. However, the shutters must be kept closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
