Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. Accommodation located 40 minutes from LIMOGES, 10 minutes from BELLAC with restaurant, supermarket and municipal swimming pool, and 30 minutes from LAKE SAINT-PARDOUX which offers 3 sandy beaches, equipped with multisport grounds, playground and picnic area. Country house 5 min. walk from Lake Saint Pardoux, Santrop site. In a quiet hamlet, you can enjoy a nice outdoor space around the house, where you can enjoy meals on nice days. The house has a kitchen equipped with dining room, a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, and upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 TV lounge. The trailer consists of a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people (with a 160 x 200 bed and a sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with dry toilet, shower and sink. It is heated and insulated, so it can be rented throughout the year. We can lend you a travel crib, high chair and inflatable bathtub. The price includes bed linens, tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax

Nadine's pavilion is located in a peaceful Creusois village in the countryside. The town of the municipality is 4 km from the village, where you will find the essential shops. The nearest town, which is called La Souterraine, is 15 km away. It is a medieval town where you can enjoy its activities and history. Your accommodation is located close to the owners and you can find hiking trails on site.
