1 hour from Paris, come and rest for a weekend or for a longer period in this former furnace. This maisonette is located in a quiet area, 2km from the centre of Bonneval and all amenities, ideal for a couple. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a washing machine are at your disposal. Upstairs, the room is composed of a double bed (140x90) and you will find an office area. Sofa bed is suitable for children.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
