A former shoemaker's shop renovated into an apartment, ECHOPPE is located on the square in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (1.5 hours from Bordeaux/1 hour from Perigueux). With two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, accessible garden, and parking, it's the ideal place to explore the village. Liefhebbers van natuursteen zullen hun hart ophalen in de vakantiewoning “Pas de Soucis”, ingericht in een oud molenhuis, dat perfect gerestaureerd is om 3 of 4 gasten alle comfort te bieden. U deelt het grote zwembad met de gasten van de vakantiewoning “Moulin Bertrand”. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een groot overdekt terras met een landelijke kloostertafel die plaats biedt aan 12 personen. De parktuin is compleet omzoomt door water, met aan één kant de molenvliet.

The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room. Upstairs is a master suite with bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room. There are two toilets, one upstairs. Linens and towels are provided. Ideal for 2 adults, an extra bed is possible on the sofa (1 seat) Crib can be made available upon request. There is a common courtyard with an insurance agency. Private parking space. The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Nice apartment completely renovated on the 2nd floor (accessible only by a staircase) of an old building built on the side of the old rampart of a castle in the Périgord Ribéracois. It is located a few minutes walk from the city center offering you easy access to all sites and amenities. You will be able to access the accommodation independently from 4 p.m. using a lockbox at the entrance. Free parking on the street!
