Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

We offer an oenological getaway in the land of the wine castles of the Canon Fronsac called also Tuscany Bordelaise . Peace and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, accompanied by a magnificent view of the vines. The place has all the comforts as well as air conditioning! Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with essential products (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

In the historic center of Bourg, ideally located, between Place de la Halle and the Church, you can stay in our apartment and its green patio to visit our beautiful region, make a stop in the picturesque medieval village of Bourg, taste the wines of the Côtes de Bourg and enjoy the surrounding entertainment. Recently renovated, we are committed to offering you accommodation that combines the charm of the old and modern comforts.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the go. A kitchen ( microwave , nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge ) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed ( 160X200 ), a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down duvet, allergy warning.

The Cormier Gîte

Saint Martin de Coux commune in the south of Charente Maritime, at the crossroads of Charente de la Gironde and Dordogne. Country house 10 km from shops. Fully fenced and shaded garden, easy parking for several vehicles. + 1 open garage. Possibility of walk to the family pond 500 m away by path. But also "La Maison d'Augusta" cottage 250 m from 12 beds accessible by the same path.

Lodge on the water in Dordogne

A floating lodge, lost in the middle of a private pond in the middle of nature. Here, no neighbors, no noise, just water, calm and koi carp gliding beneath your feet. Equipped with every comfort: double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, terrace, barbecue, video projector with Netflix/Prime, satellite wifi. Access by motorboat. No swimming, no fishing: just the pleasure of slowing down.
