Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

In the village of Moulis , small house completely renovated in 2016, composed of a ground floor living room kitchen (attention, the kitchen is minimalist.... No oven, but a steamer) that overlooks a garden itself bordered by a river , on the first a double bedroom (a 140x190 bed) and a shower room and on the second two single beds (80 X 200).

Nice, cozy and bright studio. 5-minute drive to the Mas d'Azil Cave and the Dolmens. Nearby: possible visit to the castle of Foix, the underground river of Labouiche without forgetting the famous market of St Girons and Montbrun Bocage.
