Sydney’s house was perfect for our family! It was clean, with beautiful views on a quiet, private street. The house had plenty of toiletries, we didn’t need to buy any household items while there. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a breezy afternoon looking out at the water. Sydney was a great host, providing tons of recommendations on places to dine and sites to see. Perfect location to visit both the Schoodic Peninsula and Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor! Would love to stay here again.

I booked this for a late birthday celebration of a loved one. We were in awe of how beautiful it was! The view when you sit down at the dining counter in the morning is breathtaking. I was thinking of ways to actually buy the place lol! There was definitely a feminine touch that i noticed right away: Q-tips, round cotton pads, tampons. It was so thoughtful and refreshing to see something different, i love having q-tips wherever i go. Another thing, i was not prepared to how much kitchen ustensiles, seasonings there were. They really thought about EVERYTHING! flour, sugar, different sizes of skillets, etc… i plan to rebook again and again! It was worth every penny. I honestly wish more airbnb owners were this considerate in their planning. From the multiple games in the living room to the extra blankets in case it gets cold, there was a genuine thought behind it. The place is decorated so beautifully and cozy, got me thinking of moving in the mountains. Thank you so much Alex & Sarah!

Had a wonderful weekend vacation away to Henry and Jessica’s cottage, it was very peaceful and relaxing the hottub was amazing the cottage had beautiful scenery it was amazing, we all went in the lake on the canoe and paddle boards and we went swimming in the lake and enjoyed the beautiful fireplace down by the lake. We will definitely be back in the near future and would recommend this air bnb to anyone ! Was the perfect getaway close to home.

Excellent stay! Like every time I go. It was nice to see these beautiful places again in summer. Everything is always very good and clean. Then I thank them again for being flexible with the arrival time. Sometimes a little awkward, such as with the welcome of the owners before even entering the premises or meeting them regularly. But they're there if there's anything at least.

It's a real little paradise! The place is very beautiful and very well maintained, I would even say impeccable! We had a warm welcome from the host Richard, smiling and available! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay in nature and very quiet… the city is not very far away with everything you need!

Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. Amazing gem in the middle of the forest! It demonstrate a perfect harmony between nature and human craft. Lake, horses and a lot of lands so our dog was super happy. We were there 4days but it felt like a two week retreat in terms of recovery and déconnection! Simply amazing

Visited Montreal with the girlfriend for couple days. Marilyne's place was perfect. Not too far from downtown. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Perfect for a little getaway Would recommend to others.

Wow. This is a beautiful peaceful place to stay when visiting Acadia and Bar Harbor. Just 5-10 minutes from the park and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We loved the blueberry pie and ice cream you could get at any time day or night. The hosts are so helpful and friendly The bed is super comfy great water pressure in the shower and the cottage is creatively stocked and organized for a small space. It was perfect!

We had the most amazing stay at this charming lakefront cottage in Vermont! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the peaceful setting, stunning lake views, and the cozy, well-appointed interior. We spent our days kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the shore, and our evenings watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing by the firepit. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable trips we’ve had in a long time, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommend this special place to anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Vermont’s lakeside charm!

Absolutely loved my time here. Wish I was still sitting on the deck watching the loons! Beautiful, peaceful location. House has everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope to stay here again someday.

We loved staying at Deb’s cabin! It was so peaceful and scenic on the lake. It was a lovely base for exploring the acadia area. We’ve stayed at many airbnbs and this has been one of our faves :) Also loved meeting our hosts!

Small chalet by the water, very nice and comfortable. Small proximity to the neighborhood but it does not disturb our privacy. We enjoyed staying there, lots of things available, comfortable bed, kitchen, equipped bathroom and outside what to do a fire, kayak or paddle.. i recommend it. 😊
