Always great hosts to me

I really enjoyed my stay at Heri’s place! I was in town for a week-long workshop and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood had a variety of good restaurants, and the metro and university were both only a short walk away, which was very convenient. The street outside was fairly noisy at times, but that wasn’t a major issue and usually wasn’t very noticeable with the windows closed. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

My daughter used to work for Airbnb and stressed the importance of renting from a Superhost. Larissa is a Superhost. I’ve stayed in her apartment three times and it’s my first choice if it’s available when I visit Montreal. Her description of the unit is extremely accurate, something I’ve found is not always the case. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything we needed was provided. The place is close to busstops which will lead you to Downtown or metro stations. Côte St Luc mall is less than 10 minutes walk away. Our flight got cancelled and thankfully it was possible to stay an extra night. Very thankful for allowing us to enjoy our stay without the stress of a late flight. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. I had a fantastic experience at this house From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless. The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable for the amount of people included in our trip. We had a wonderful 3 day stay, the property was exactly as listed, extremely quiet and easily accessible. real pride of ownership, and Jacques and Celine went above and beyond as our hosts to make this a very enjoyable weekend. I highly recommend, and would certainly stay here again.

Great downtown condo located just a few steps from the Sherbrooke metro station and the best neighbourhood in Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal. The included crib and high chair, child friendly layout, and proximity to the Sherbrooke metro station and the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood make it an excellent option for couples or groups travelling with an infant or toddler (as long as you don’t mind doing the stairs on a 3rd floor walk-up and you bring a sound machine for the little one and ear plugs for yourselves at night, as the street noise is noticeable, but bearable). M.J. was a great host and the early check-in was very much appreciated. Having previously lived in the neighbourhood myself, I know that ants can be an issue indoors in the spring and we saw a few, but they can happen almost anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

We loved staying here and found that Rene’s associate Juan was very responsive and helpful. The location is fantastic, a few blocks from the wonderful Jean Talon market and close to bars, restaurants, groceries and the Montreal bike share Bixi (highly recommend — use a browser, not the app, to sign up). We enjoyed poking around the huge Goodwill outlet (Renaissance) nearby. We would recommend this place to any traveler.

Gorgeous brand-new modern apartment. So spacious! An oasis in the downtown. Close to metro/ subway and walking distance to Old Montreal and Festival district.
