Charming small F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and the SNCF train station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located for walking distance to everything – close to all shops (Carrefour City 300 m away, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. except Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and free parking in the neighborhood. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access and with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I'm here to help!

All amenities are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Check-in is self-check-in from 3pm onwards with a key box. We’re looking forward to your stay.

The proposed accommodation is my primary residence. Please respect the place. Quiet apartment located a 20-minute walk from the train station and Place du Martroi. Very bright, clean in a quiet residence at the foot of a park. The residence for the safety of all is equipped with CCTV cameras (entrance hall, parking and corridors only). It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. A parking space is available.
