Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint James

As a Barbadian born visitor returning with my partner for a family event. We needed a place to afford us privacy but yet located in the perfect location to get to most places on the island. Michelle’s place was just what we needed. The apartment was as described and lived up to expectations in a peaceful neighbourhood with very welcoming locals. As soon as we arrived, Michelle was online to welcome us and to make sure we had access to the property. Her advice prior to our arrival provided excellent navigational instructions including suggesting various car rental options. We found Michelle to be an extermely flexible host who clearly takes pride in the apartment and in the comfort of her guests. We will have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future and would highly reccomend this residence to any of my many friends who plan to visit Barbados. Thanks Michelle’s. We had an absolutely wonderful Christmas in Barbados. Sally and Mark were amazing hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was so clean and the aircon in the bedroom was much needed! The grounds of Golden view are beautiful- so relaxing. The pool area was great too. Thank you Sally and Mark for being such great hosts

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Barbados. It was extremely close to the best beaches and restaurants in the area and it had everything we could possibly need. Ryan greeted us on arrival and showed us around. He even invited us to tag along to the local supermarket to make sure we knew where to go! Through the week, we used lots of Ryan's recommendations for places to eat and they were all fantastic. The apartment is right in between the stunning and peaceful Gibbes Beach and the livelier Mullins Beach. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to both. We really enjoyed how peaceful the apartment was as it is set quite a way back from the road. The garden is stunning and it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace with our breakfast, watching the birds (and occasionally monkeys!). The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was pleasantly cool but had a very efficient ceiling fan and/or air conditioning if needed. Great place - great hosts!

Dominic’s place is in a lovely quiet location around a 15 minute walk from Holetown beach. Although this is a fairly easy walk on the way to Holetown, the walk back is uphill so we found having a car helpful during the day time! (Would recommend anyone visiting to hire a car anyway to explore the island properly)…The apartment itself was really spacious and well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace and gardens are delightful. Dominic is a great, communicative host who is happy to help out with anything needed, and is full of up to date local recommendations. We really enjoyed our time at Manderley House!

Kamani and his family are more than AirBnB hosts—they are caregivers. As many Bajans are kind and they follow suit with their hospitality, frequent check- ins, and attentive care. I felt super safe and comfy as a female solo traveler. Plus, when I checked out to move to another AirBnB and found it unsuitable, Kamani allowed me to return immediately! The space is clean and thoughtfully designed. Everything you need is present and accounted for. The shower is warm; and the mattress is a touch firm for me, but the pullout sofa is comfy! The washer and dryer are located just outside of the unit in a covered space. Parking is right in front of the unit. The neighborhood is quiet and luxe (close to Ape Hills) and the grounds are lovely. I will 100% look to book this space when I return to the island!

Very flexible and responsive hosts. My flight was cancelled due to weather and they worked with me making this a less stressful experience. Everything was as described. Would definitely recommend to others

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. A mention to Stacey and Lawson who were always quick to answer any questions We loved it, thank you Stacey

We stayed here very last minute as the other air bnb we booked wasn’t suitable. Andrew did everything possible to make it feel like home. It was perfect for us , the outdoor space was so peaceful and the beach only a short distance away. The space was immaculate and the beds super comfy. We would definitely recommend and return again.

Natasza was warm and welcoming! Her place was perfect for our family of four with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each was modern with lovely linens, comfortable beds, ample closet space. The porch was peaceful and relaxing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay with incredible amenities. It was walking distance from Chattel Village with Cafe Bar Carisma, The Beach House and several restaurants from upscale - Tides & Nishi - to more moderate priced ones such as Just Grillin & Zaccios. TML One Love Bar is also walking distance! It was a stone’s throw from Limegrove for top-tier shopping at Level Up Gym. I also enjoyed walks along Cemetery Road and yoga at Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio. We hope to return again soon!

It provided a perfect base for a month on the west coast

Turtle Reef has been my lengthy stay in Barbados for many years. We refer to it as our home from home. The decor is totally my taste and is totally conducive to why it suits myself and my special needs daughter. John and Shirley are the perfect hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay at Adela's beautiful cottage, we were so surprised when the gates opened revealing the most beautiful tropical garden complete with parrots, humming birds and the occasional family of monkeys passing through! The space and layout of the cottage worked really well for us and we very much appreciated how well equipped it was, both inside and out. It is a short walk to the beautiful Gibbs beach and close to Mullins beach - also walkable, where you have The Sea Shed restaurant and the wonderful Adrian's Corner, where you can hire sunbeds and who make brilliant Pina Coladas! We now feel that we have found our home from home in Barbados and have already booked for next year!

Lovely stay at Ginne’s place. Beautiful ocean views from the patio, made drinking our morning coffee enjoyable. Close distance to the beach. Easy to drive to other destinations around the island from the location. Ginne was responsive whenever we reached out and the place was spotless. We felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

A lovely stay perfectly near everything we needed and nothing more than a walk away. The house was as well equipped as one could want with instructions on everything being so clear - I really can’t fault it and treated the place as I would my own. Very responsive host and house manager if anything was needed - can’t ask for more - 10/10!

Just one word… WOW!! Have stayed in Barbados many times and Shawn’s place surpassed anything we have ever stayed in before. The location was just outside Holetown buses run frequently a short walk away but we always hire a car for convenience. There are a couple of beach bars a short walk way including Juju’s and Jumas restaurant and the Lone Star are both within an easy walk. There villa itself was spacious and had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful home from home holiday. It also had a fantastic small gym that was used almost everyday. Big shout out to Jennifer who is meticulous in her cleaning and kept the villa spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return. If you are looking for a spacious villa on the beautiful West coast of Barbados within east reach of all amenities then this place is for you. Would 100% recommend to anybody - if you book here you will not be disappointed.

We've just returned from a 10 day trip to Barbados and have loved every minute of it. We stayed at very appropriately named 'the view' at Villas on the Beach and as soon as we walked through the front door we fell in love with it. The beautiful ocean view and terrace is the first thing you notice and then how comfortable, modern and spacious the accommodation is. Air con was a blessing and cooled the whole place to a lovely manageable temperature and the kitchen, bedrooms and en-suites were all really well decorated and fitted out. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and no shortage of things to do outside the apartment too. On our relaxing days we spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool and beach (just a few steps away) and found nearby restaurants and shops to be fabulous. There is a supermarket very nearby and Shereene the lovely housekeeper cooked some beautiful dinners for us when we wanted to stay in. Thank you to all the team for an unforgettable holiday in paradise.

We are two friends (women) from the USA and we felt very safe at all times. There is a guard on duty 24/7, and there are codes to get into the parking area and the hallway to the condo. The condo is clean and is just like the pictures. Very comfy living. Beds were nice. Showers hot. A/C and fans worked fine. Pool was great! Get groceries at Massey not Clifton. $$$ We rented a car for the week as I can drive on the left with no issue and this is the best way to see the entire island. Shark's Hole is amazing. Friday fish fry in Oistins is a must. Yes, you can walk to some places from the condo but sidewalks are limited so you're walking on the road most times, like locals. We loved it here to experience Bajan-style living and the condo was perfect with awesome hosts, but if you're looking for a resort style vacay with food, people, and music you recognize from USA, I recommend Worthing Beach area and bars/grill on St. Lawrence Gap. Come experience Barbados either way! Book it.

Location : About 30mins from the airport when no heavy traffic. As mentioned in the apartment description, close by a beach and you can literally drive to many of the spots to see on the westcoast of the island in less than 20 mins. Apartment : Good sizes rooms, a lot of amenities in the kitchen. Right outside you have the condo pool. AC works well cause it can be hot outside. Overall, the group felt right at home, all looked like in the pictures. The Manager "Jacqui" was so helpful as I asked her so many questions, she was always responsive and even helped me find a last minutes seats on a cruise tour! (Big Thanks Jacqui)

We had a lovely week in the condo. It was very well equipped and very clean. Everything we needed was in walking distance. It was a bonus having access to the beach club and a lovely walk to the beautiful Payne’s Beach. Ideal for a couple wanting a peaceful break.

We spent three nights at Alana’s place and loved it! The AC was much appreciated at night, and being able to walk out to the beach was great. The condos are sandwiched between one existing hotel and one being constructed which made it feel like a little hideaway. There is a Massy Store within walking distance and just across the road you can buy coconuts or other fruits. There is a bar there, too, where we bought some beer. We will definitely look for availability again for a stay on the west coast!

I have been visiting Barbados for over 15 years on a consistent basis but have never stayed in Fitts Village area - generally I have gravitated to Holetown and Weston area. This stay was a really exceptional find in everyway. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and a relatively nice beach. The condo is well appointed from furniture to kitchen needs, bedroom and bathrooms linens and so much more. Andre was very responsive to my inquiries as part of my booking and his property manager, Jethro, was welcoming and attended to any of my needs or inquiries throughout my stay. This was an outstanding experience from my first inquiry to the end of my holiday.
