Nice pool and walk out the property straight on to the beach Incredibly well equipped Clean and also offered a complimentary cleaner once during the stay Ideally need a car as no local places to eat within walking distance although only a short drive to several great restaurants and cafes

This is a lovely apartment, all as described. Self-check-in/check-out is quick and trouble-free. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a spacious walk-in shower in the well-fitted bathroom. Although there is aircon in both the bedroom and living area, I found that it wasn’t needed due to the natural flow of air through the apartment. The top-floor position provides excellent views over the well-maintained grounds and boats sailing over the Caribbean Sea in the distance. There is the added bonus of high-speed broadband (400Mbps). I was also able to enjoy some live sport from the UK, thanks to the cable box provided.

Fantastic place, Damien’s place is lovely. Damien was super communicative and responded to all queries and messages extremely promptly! The location is fantastic and the amenities near by are fab!

Beulah is a wonderful host. She happened to be near the airport when I arrived and kindly offered to pick up my friend and me, which was incredibly thoughtful of her. The flat isn’t listed on Google Maps (don’t let this discourage you - she’ll guide you to it easily). The flat looks exactly like the pictures, though the bedroom is even bigger than it appears in the photos. Overall, this is a fantastic deal, and I have nothing negative to say about either the flat or the host. The flat is in an incredibly safe area! I’ll definitely return to Barbados and would love to stay here again!

The place was amazing, for 2 weeks was our place and loved it. Súper market is really close and the parking spot is perfect for having a rental the whole trip. I’ll 100% stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay! Dili made check in easy and was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The space had everything we needed with all the comforts of home -- the rooftop terrace was especially my favorite. The Nest is in a perfect location nearby great restaurants and easy access to the beach. The beach club access at the Royal Pavilion was also a huge PLUS!! We will definitely be back.

Our 1st week in Barbados , we are speechless!! The condo was immaculate, Jancice and all the staff very accommodating…a true home away from home …the Holetown location is the place for good shopping , restaurants,bars and a great choice of cigars …you name they have it. This is a one stop shop from when you arrive to when you leave. Patrick and Melissa

We stayed Apil 1-29, 2025. We were met at the rental unit by Jacintha who took the time to explain the workings of everything in Kim's unit. The unit was beautiful, location excellent, within walking distance to restaurants, Massey's grocery store, and local venues. Location is within a couple of minute walk to catch local buses to take you most places on this beautiful island. Barbados is filled with beautiful beaches, people and lots to do .. it can be reasonable to have a wonderful vacation....I can't say enough about Kim's little piece of heaven...the only negative which really did not affect our time was the noise of the generator in the next unit which ran most evenings into the night. We had an absolutely amazing stay in April 2025! This place is truly a gem, featuring a beautiful pool and a private, cozy jetty beach. You can lay down on your bed and watch and smell the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling open (if you wish) window. It had everything we could possibly need — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. One standout detail (especially for travelers who love to stay organized): there was plenty of storage space for clothes and an enormous number of hangers — truly a dream for any woman on vacation! The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the island, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere (but if yiu do they have free parking spot, bus and taxis just next to the place); you can just walk and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, it’s hard to believe a place like this exists! We are so grateful for this experience!

We (Gf and I), had a blast in BGI and staying at Anique’s crib felt like home. Clutter free, clean bathroom with towels, bath gel and shampoo. Living room was squeaky clean with decent furniture and large TV, except no AC in the living room but the large ceiling fan did the magic. The rooms were very clean and tons of extra bedding sheets and towels in the closet. We will return to Anique’s crib because it hidden in a beauty spot of BGI and very very safe with restaurant/super market and urgent care clinic literally 3 mins walk.

If you are considering Leslee Ann's place, let this be your sign to BOOK IT. Everything from the prime location, proximity to airport, on the local bus route which we were adventurous and used often to go to Oistins (8 minute ride), and the overall beautiful, well decorated and pristine condo itself. It was like being at home. Centrally located near St. Lawrence Gap where you can find great restaurants and Dover Beach. The condo... Each room has its own AC and we needed it after a long day touring the island. The home has everything you can think of, games, cable, internet, and washer and dryer!! We had enough space to have our own individual bathrooms and dressing areas. I appreciated the space. There's a balcony off of the main bedroom which gave an extra romantic touch. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up!! I give it a 100/10. Leslee Ann was prompt in responding to any questions, she provided useful recommendations, an overall excellent host. We will be back here soon!

I would recommend this place to anyone. The place and garden were more than beautiful. Down the stairs is a private beach, the garden is kept up, the pool is huge the inside of the home is comfortable. The host Paul was amazing, very friendly and communicated well throughout. The location is about 15-20 from the well known restaurants, however locally there is still a nice restaurant nearby.

The apartment has everything you need well equipped kitchen, bathroom. Beautifully furnished living room with internet and cable tv. Although we only spent there only 2 nights, we felt like home and we're regretting we couldn't stay longer. Marsha is such a great host :) Thank you for staying up and welcoming us in the middle of the night :))

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, we felt comfortable straightaway. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The buses pass right by and the yellow buses you can just put your hand out and they stop. For 3 bananas dollars fifty, which is roughly £1.30, you can travel as far as the bus goes. Restaurants we loved Local and co in Speighstown, the fish pot just past same. SeaCat and Tides in Holetown were lovely. I have to say that I lost the safe key and got onto Katie, who asked Ann her ‘fixer’ to come round. It all happened very quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable cost with a lock smith. Thanks Ann and Katie. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Just one word… WOW!! Have stayed in Barbados many times and Shawn’s place surpassed anything we have ever stayed in before. The location was just outside Holetown buses run frequently a short walk away but we always hire a car for convenience. There are a couple of beach bars a short walk way including Juju’s and Jumas restaurant and the Lone Star are both within an easy walk. There villa itself was spacious and had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful home from home holiday. It also had a fantastic small gym that was used almost everyday. Big shout out to Jennifer who is meticulous in her cleaning and kept the villa spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return. If you are looking for a spacious villa on the beautiful West coast of Barbados within east reach of all amenities then this place is for you. Would 100% recommend to anybody - if you book here you will not be disappointed.

Loved the condo. Clean and comfortable. Great pool! Really nice balcony to watch the sunsets. Felt safe and secure. Centrally located near Holetown and Spleighstown.

Wonderful stay. The condo grounds were beautiful. Quiet setting. The ground floor unit was fantastic to access the pool. Short walk to a stunning beach. We used public transportation quite a bit to get to dining locations and grocery stores. Overall, an amazing spot to vacation.

Location : About 30mins from the airport when no heavy traffic. As mentioned in the apartment description, close by a beach and you can literally drive to many of the spots to see on the westcoast of the island in less than 20 mins. Apartment : Good sizes rooms, a lot of amenities in the kitchen. Right outside you have the condo pool. AC works well cause it can be hot outside. Overall, the group felt right at home, all looked like in the pictures. The Manager "Jacqui" was so helpful as I asked her so many questions, she was always responsive and even helped me find a last minutes seats on a cruise tour! (Big Thanks Jacqui)

Our stay at Zinnia was great. Spent alot of time at Paynes beach which we loved. Katrina’s condo matches description and most affordable. Lovely little pool and sitting area. Bikini beach had good food , nice little beach and really nice vibe.

I have been visiting Barbados for over 15 years on a consistent basis but have never stayed in Fitts Village area - generally I have gravitated to Holetown and Weston area. This stay was a really exceptional find in everyway. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and a relatively nice beach. The condo is well appointed from furniture to kitchen needs, bedroom and bathrooms linens and so much more. Andre was very responsive to my inquiries as part of my booking and his property manager, Jethro, was welcoming and attended to any of my needs or inquiries throughout my stay. This was an outstanding experience from my first inquiry to the end of my holiday.

Absolutely perfect, could not wish for any better. Wonderful apartment, even better than expected. Location through the gate on to the most perfect beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious for 2 people. Nicely decorated and the patio and garden was lovely. Pat who we picked the key up from was very lovely and so helpful. We have just had a wonderful time and would love to come back. It was perfect for us and nothing I would want to change - I just hope there is availability when we want to come back!
