Lovely place with a magnificent mountain view

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor. 10 min from Aix-les-Bains and 30 min from Annecy, close to Semnoz, Féclaz, Revard ski resorts 30 min. It is completely refurbished. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Fridge freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, TV, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, outdoor lounge on very quiet shared land.

Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is conveniently located near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, between lakes and mountains. 30 min drive to the "Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts, two small ski resorts for family skiing. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding …..
