Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. House in the countryside but close to the city center (1 km) with shops and all services (cultural center, aquatic center 10 km away) This accommodation has a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with pellet stove heating and a laundry room. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a shared bathroom

Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Natural air conditioning: the temperature is pleasant even during a heatwave. 40 degrees outside, 20 degrees inside. ✨ We are proud to introduce you to our cave house, the result of three years of renovation. You will enjoy a cocooning atmosphere thanks to the Berber carpet, beautiful fabrics and efficient heating. We wanted to create a unique atmosphere, conducive to travel, thanks to objects found in Nepal, Morocco, Vietnam and Laos.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
