Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Parking is available in front of the house.

This old renovated barn has retained its character with its exposed beams and stones. Spacious, it can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Outside you have a beautiful green space and a sunny terrace without overlooking. The house must be left clean and no smoking is allowed inside.
