We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Charlotte's Garden Cottage - Ancenis/St Géréon

This 50m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house with a flowered and enclosed garden that is entirely reserved for you. A stone's throw from the center of St Géréon and 2 km from Ancenis and the Loire, this charming and intimate house offers you a bedroom with a double bed and storage, a bathroom with a vanity unit and a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.<br><br>

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

Ancenis Apartment facing the Castle

The apartment consists of a living room with sofa overlooking a balcony, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with bar (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes). The spacious room with a king-size bed is equipped with storage furniture. It also benefits from a sunny balcony overlooking the Château and the Loire.
