This F2-type accommodation is located on the first floor of my house, in a quiet area, close to shops and highways connecting St Denis in 20 minutes, St Paul in 10 minutes and the lagoon of St Gilles in 20 minutes. It consists of a bright bedroom overlooking a balcony, a separate and fully equipped private kitchen and a bathroom with double sink and private toilet. The Rosthon Park health course is a 2-minute walk away and the access to the hiking trails is nearby.

Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked. Nice 50 square meter outbuilding in the back of the owners' house. Private access to the accommodation. The small house consists of a bedroom with comfortable bedding, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed (2 people). The kitchen is perfectly equipped to accommodate 4 people. An outdoor area will allow you to dine. The house is located in a quiet area, a short walk to the coastal road and downtown Saint Denis (walking distance).
