Charming Cottage with Pool and Stunning Views

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

Located in the small village of Saint-Elix-Theux in the south of Gers, the estate offers views of the countryside and the Pyrenees when they reveal themselves. Take advantage of the mild climate of the southwest to savor the moment... Backed by the house, the 'Gite du Momton' is set up in the old stables to comfortably accommodate six people.

Gite "Les Petits Faulongs"

Inside a 150-year-old Gascony farmhouse, located in the village of Sauviac (Gers) village in the heart of the Astarac, is the Gites “Les Petit Faulongs”. This building has been converted into a modern and very bright ground floor dwelling. A large bay window opens onto the terrace facing the Pyrenees massif and the Gascony countryside. Enjoy the calm and nature, have breakfast on the terrace and in the evening watch the sunset between the 2 trees.

The Chiroulet Cabin

This shepherd's hut is located in the wild valley of Lesponne, at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and in the international starry sky reserve. Authentic and intimate, it offers an ideal setting to unwind. The hut, rebuilt with traditional techniques, includes a bedroom, open kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and separate toilet.
