Dans le parc, un chalet "de jeux" avec de nombreux jouets sont à disposition, trampoline, table de ping-pong, babyfoot. Le ménage de fin de séjour est proposé en option.

La maison est dans un quartier calme et familial, proche des commodités : boulangerie, tabac/presse à 2 min à pied. Supermarché / pharmacie à 5 min en voiture. Un séjour entre ville et campagne sur la route des vins et de la Loire à vélo.
