Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, south-facing view of the ski slopes and the mountain from the balcony. All in a beautiful secure residence (digicode at the entrance) and concierge. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

Our apartment is located in the "Les Jardins de Balnéa" residence in the heart of Loudenvielle, less than 5 minutes' walk to Skyvall (cable cars connecting the Peyragudes station) and Balnéa, 50 m from shops, direct access to the park and lake where you will find many activities for children and adults.

Located in Barbazan, 9 km from the nautical base and the Montréjeau golf course, 32 km from Luchon, 5 km from Saint Bertrand, and about thirty kilometers from Spain. It is ideally placed for hiking, cycling and skiing in winter (the nearest station "Le Mourtis" is 28 km away). It is located on the roads to Santiago de Compostela. You can have fun by going to the Casino de Barbazan.
