Beachfront holiday rental in Sail Bay

The location is incredible — you truly can’t beat the proximity to the beach, dog beach, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The unit itself was the perfect space for a quick weekend getaway and had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t use the community space or hot tub, but they looked clean and well-maintained. One heads-up: if you're parking a mid-size or larger vehicle in the garage, be prepared for a very tight fit. The garage is located around the corner in an alley, and some cars turn in blindly, which could be a bit risky — so just use extra caution. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we’d definitely book again!

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

Jose Luis has a great place for guests to stay. It is secure and provides a great view of the Playas de Tijuana. It is in a very convenient location and secure parking.

We initially planned to stay in Leucadia for a week but decided to extend our stay for a full second week because we loved this place so much. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to the Beacons beach to surf every day and had our pick of all the best restaurants on the 101 (highly recommend Birdseye Kitchen). The house itself is cozy and surprisingly private for a place on the 101. It helped to have laundry on site and Chris was responsive throughout our visit. The house isn't as well stocked as a lot of air bnbs (no wine glasses, coffee, ice cube trays, etc.) but you will probably want to eat out most of your stay anyway because there are so many great places within walking distance. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this charming little nook in Leucadia! Excellent cost for value.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Awesome place on the beach! Being able to open the screen doors to feel the breeze and hear the ocean made us excited to come back from exploring the area. Easy to get to the car in/out when needed. Beach access directly at the bottom of the apartment, using all the provided beach accessories Nick provided in the well equipped apartment. Plenty of bars and restaurants walkable, or even stores to grab a bottle of wine to stay in. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely book again for our next San Diego trip.

Our family had a wonderful time , from amazing views wonderful sunrises and sunsets such a beautiful place with so much room and space for everyone to spend around the home it was wonderful but the Master Bedroom restroom was beyond our expectations! We loved everything about this home can’t wait to come back again 😊! Felt so safe and secure being a gated community with guards at the gate can’t get any better than that !

I can’t say enough great things about Daniel’s place! Firstly, LOCATION, very walkable to literally everything you need and the view from the balcony was incredible. Being steps from the beach was so convenient. He provided everything like beach chairs, towels and wave boards that we used. Daniel was very communicative about instructions and even communicated we could check in early if we would have liked. The bed was super comfy and you can’t hear any neighbors. We hated leaving because we could have stayed there much longer! My fiance and I are already in talks of booking this location again soon for another vacation because we felt right at home!

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Close to the beach and local shops... we also found it very quiet and easy to sleep at night without extra noise had we been closer to the main road. zero complaints!

Georgie’s airbnb is beautiful and in a great location in Ocean Beach. There’s plenty to do nearby and easy to walk to. We had some trouble sleeping due to noise from airplanes, but this has less to do with Georgie’s Airbnb specifically and more to do with the proximity to the airport.

Jays place was phenomenal being right by the beach was such a place then on the other side places to eat. This has nothing to do with jay but the housekeeper left the bathroom with soap scum on alot of thing but other than that i would stay here again.

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Our 3 night stay was excellent and had no issues. This was mainly due to the host’s clear communication! I would definitely vacation at one of their properties again!

Fabiola’s place should get 11 stars out of 10. It’s comfortable, quiet and everything is top quality. We did a ton of walking all along the bay and even all the way to the ocean. It was just perfect.

This is our third year staying here with our grandkids and they ask every year to go back to Yellow House 😊 we love it and cant wait for next year.

My wife and I have stayed at Michelle's place several times and it is consistently peaceful, clean, and wonderful. Michelle is a very responsive hostess and her place is very comfortable. The layout is perfect for two (or one) adults. Looking forward to a return visit.
