I stayed with my parents for one night. It was the first time I stayed in a place where I could see Mt. Fuji so beautifully, and I was impressed! The weather was also good, and I was able to have a BBQ on the deck while looking at Mt. Fuji in the evening, and I was able to see the beautiful Mt. Fuji in the morning. I was a little worried about the bugs, but there weren't as many as I thought, and it was comfortable! The temperature was cool, and the wind coming in through the window was pleasant. The surroundings were very quiet, and in the morning I woke up comfortably to the sound of the cuckoo. The facilities were also very complete, and I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience. Next time, I want to go in the cold season and use the fireplace and look at the stars.

Retreat Resort Wild nature, private room and onsen

SarahmarieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Staying with Jun and Kimi at Peace One was the perfect way for us to start our Japan trip, and has already become one of my favorite travel experiences of my life. The guesthouse itself is in a tranquil setting in the forest outside Fujiyoshida. The private onsen was the perfect way to wind down after a long day of walking and exploring. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We slept well on the futon mattresses. Jun was so flexible and easygoing about getting us to and from town that transportation was never an issue. He also taught us so much about the long history of the region and his research on peaceful indigenous societies before war began in Japan, even going so far as to take us to an ancient shrine near the house. Places like Peace One and people like Jun and Kimi are what travel should be all about. I highly recommend staying here, not just for the place itself but for the experience. “Peace” is certainly a perfect name for this place. I hope to stay here again someday!

[Luxury Villa] [Long Stay] Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a newly built villa with a garden overlooking Mt. Fuji and the nature of the four seasons.

The place was beautiful set at the foot of Fujisama, very peaceful and beautiful view. There isn’t much around the area, a car is def needed esp for meals. Other than that it was a pleasant stay for our family of 8 and a quick drive to lake kawaguchi.

An unexpectedly perfect accommodation experience!🏡🗻🐕 Staying at the homestay near Hekou Lake this time was the biggest highlight of our trip to Japan! The host Wakoh is super friendly, and from the beginning of the stay, he communicated with us easily in fluent Chinese/English/Japanese, not only introducing the room facilities in detail, but also proactively providing a lot of travel guides and hidden attractions around Mt. Fuji, making our trip more enriching ~ ✨Room Experience: The B&B is very clean and tidy, cozy, and all facilities are available. The most surprising thing is that the host's two dogs are super cute, adding a lot of joy to the accommodation!Breakfast was also super delicious, and I could feel the host's care. 🚴‍♀️Additional services: The electric bike rental service provided by the host is affordable, and it is especially convenient to explore the surrounding area of Hekou Lake by bike. What was even more touching was that the host personally took us to find Mt. Fuji limited edition souvenirs, and even accompanied us on the Kaba Bus to enjoy the scenery, sharing a lot of anime culture and travel photos with each other along the way. 📌Summary: If I come to Mt. Fuji again, I will definitely choose this place again! Not only is it comfortable to live in, but it's more like making a local friend. I highly recommend it to all travelers who want to experience the style of Hekou Lake in depth ~ Thank you for your hospitality, I hope to see you again!❤️

This experience made me feel the unique charm of the Japanese tatami inn. The inn is located near Dashi Park, with a great location, only about 10 minutes' drive from the Kowloon Lake Station, and convenient transportation. The quiet surroundings of the hotel allow you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Unfortunately, the weather was not good, and I did not see Mt. Fuji the first two days. I only saw the main mountain of Mt. Fuji when I checked out on the third day, which was a bit of a waste of the advantage of being able to see Mt. Fuji directly from the room.I will come back another day, thank you Wat for your 100% service!

【100% Natural Hotspring】 Tsutaya Ryokan Mix Dorm

IvanaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I only stayed one night and was agreeably surprised by how beautiful the place was. I had booked a dormitory bed and it was very specious. Since Onsen was a new thing for me, I only tried the indoor Onsen and loved the experience. The check-in and check-out staffs both were really nice and helped me carry my big luggage up to the stairs. I had a nice stay and would definitely come back another time and also stay longer this time. Thank you.
