Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saigon River

Travelled for work an this place was suitable for 5 people to stay. Rooms were very adequate, beds were king size beds and super comfortable.

Chủ nhà và đội ngũ hỗ trợ rất thân thiện, phản hồi nhanh chóng và luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ nếu cần. Quá trình check-in / check-out cũng mượt mà, không gặp bất kỳ trở ngại nào. Tóm lại, villa này là lựa chọn lý tưởng cho những ai muốn nghỉ dưỡng gần thiên nhiên nhưng vẫn tiện nghi và riêng tư. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

You’re in good hands with Hoang and Nana, you can tell that they are hosts that genuinely care about their guests and want them to enjoy their stay at their property. The unit is very spacious, each room has its own AC, fridge, bathroom and balcony. The location is perfect. In a quiet backstreet that takes less than a minute to get to on foot. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbours are very friendly. Everything you could possibly want to see is either a short walk or short grab away. Looking forward to staying here again.

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

The host was very friendly and responded quickly, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The listing matched the photos, and the space felt cozy and comfortable to stay in. The provided amenities were impressively complete—there were essentials like toothpaste, a hair dryer, garment steamer, mosquito repellent, laundry detergent, cookware, and even thoughtful extras like extension cords and adapter plugs. Really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Lat!

Highly recommend for your Phnom Penh vacation or work trip. Host very responsible and helpful. Privacy, security and very clean in the neighborhood especially plenty of big trees in the area make your stay even comfortable. Pool and playground are the best places for my daughter. Internet speed no worry it’s work very well (both WiFi and Smart) for my whole 5 weeks of staying. Everything you need it appear right in to its place like your house. Only one thing I’m concern is ant, please make it go away.

beautiful place within walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, bars, and pretty much anything you need! staff at the location is very friendly and there is a nice restaurant downstairs. host is great:)

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

A great apartment hosted by Tuan and his team. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was unfortunate that the beach was still under construction when we were there but the building and location was fantastic. Amenities for kids and adults (pools, playground, indoor playroom). It is easy to call taxis and Grab. And the best thing is that Tuan was very responsive throughout our stay and helped with every question I had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Good place

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

Lisa provides a very nice apartment. Very clean, not too far from Ben Thanh Market. The gym and pool facilities are very good too! Easy access once you’ve find your way around. Thank you for hosting!

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.
