Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saigon River

It was very nice and comfy stay at this villa, I love the huge living room and open kitchen. Great for family to hang out together.

Huge cozy space nestled in a great location. Instructions were clear. Very accommodating hosts. The top floor room gets a little hot as its at the roof, and other than that it was an amazing stay.

pets friendly, enough space to park 2 to three cars, enough rooms to sleep 10 people, and close to town. we will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Parisia. Thinh was very helpful and responsive to all my requests and inquiries. The villa is well located nearby the center of Dalat, about 5 mins drive to Dalat market and Xuan Huong lake.

My family is in 6 people. Archy is a great location. Home is very nice and new, full facilities. My house brings food to cook because going right away on Tet and in Archy is full of cooking tools, the host is very very enthusiastic, supporting my family out. The view around Home is also very nice, peaceful. I will definitely be back sometime. Highly recommend Archy. Wishing Home a thriving business.

It is a very suitable accommodation for one or two people, and the regret is that extra towels will be provided for more than 2 nights.

When I go to Ho Chi Minh, I always book chip's place. He is available until late and takes care of quick replies, laundry, and cleaning requests very quickly. Very prompt and comfortable for travellers, he understands the traveler's heart very well. If I go to Ho Chi Minh City again next time, I will use his place.

It is a very nice location to spend time on a family vacation. Duong is very helpful to help me and thank her for all the quick responses.

We enjoyed staying here and would stay again

Every thing was great clean new apartment. Only two very minor details to point out . 1. Sofa seat is weak so it’s uncomfortable 2. Cannot use big pool because you are resident of “ East “ building. But The pool for east building is great just doesn’t have Sun if that’s your thing. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

I stayed at Thao's place for many weeks and every day was great. Thao (and her mother) are wonderful hosts and were always there for any question or request I had. The apartment is as seen on the pictures: nice, clean, cozy, quiet. It is located in a building on a very quiet street and easy to access, close to several coffee shops, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Also just a few minutes away by Grab to the center of Thao Dien. An absolute gem. I loved my stay at Thao's place and I can't wait to stay there again once I come back to Vietnam. Totally recommended.

A very nice and beautiful cabin! You can see that the renovation is completely fresh, all the furniture is new and clean, the accommodation is monitored and treated with care. It was nice to live in the house, it is very aesthetic and bright. It is especially great that in the morning there is sunlight in all the windows. I liked the area near the house. In the morning it is bathed in the sun, it's really great to have breakfast here in the morning. The only thing is that the bedrooms are not equivalent. One large, with balcony, table and wardrobe. And the second one is cozy but very small. The photo was not clear. But it is not a problem. Both bedrooms are cozy, each has its own toilet and a shower, it is very convenient. The beds and bed linen are perfect!!! Sleeping is very convenient. The house has absolutely everything you need for a short stay and a good rest: single-use toothbrushes and combs, towels, shower gel, lots of dishes, spices and sauces. The hostess of the house was very quick to respond to messages and helped us with everything. Thanks so much!)

it's a nice beautiful house with nice view and a nice garden. peaceful and spacious. the host was friendly and helpful. she would prepare bbq if u pay for the ingredients. the bbq was superb. there were 2 cute dogs name tu and bin.. the host staying right behind the house so they are always available. 1 hiccup is the house is very cold at night as there is no room heater. but that's not an issue as it's more like experiencing and old colonial style house.

Beautiful place to stay

Francis is an exceptional host who truly cares about the experience that his guests have while staying in his house. He is very helpful. The house is amazing, with a beautiful pool in the backyard and the beach just a few steps away. It is a truly wonderful place and one that I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a genuinely local experience. We hope to be back someday!

Located close to downtown Dalat, Dang's place was very kept clean. It was exactly as it was in the photos. Before checking in, she was very kind to guide me and took care of me so that there was no inconvenience during my stay. Her place was in a very scenic location, so we had a special pleasure throughout our stay. The pool was also really nice, and the interior was kept clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to stay again on my next visit.It's too bad that there are only 5 stars. This is the place I'd like to give 10 stars. Plus, it's the best value for the price.
