I loved my stay here. Everything is as described and even better ma shaaAllah. The only problem was the noise in the morning from the building work but if you bring some ear plugs you will be fine.

The area is modern and peaceful, the apartment modern, clean, cozy and tidy. I would stay at Adham's apartment again when will be visiting Cairo for sure.

De petits inconvénients parfaitement acceptés en raison de la situation et du prix très attractif. Appartement absolument conforme à l'annonce avec de bonnes surprises (literie de qualité, propreté, sécurité). Et surtout, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis (thé et pâtisseries), guidés et accompagnés (dans la ville) avec une extrême gentillesse. Tres bon petit déjeuner préparé par l'hôtesse. Hôtes chaleureux, attentionnés et généreux. Un grand merci ! Nous recommandons avec objectivité et plaisir. 😊

Nous avons vécu une expérience inoubliable à Saïdia grâce à l’accueil exceptionnel de Faouzi. Dès notre arrivée, il s’est montré d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et profondément investi dans notre bien-être. C’est un hôte rare, qui prend vraiment soin de ses voyageurs : chaque jour, il prenait des nouvelles, prêt à aider à la moindre demande, avec une générosité et une bienveillance qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. L’appartement, quant à lui, est spacieux, lumineux, parfaitement propre et fidèle aux photos. Il est situé dans une résidence paisible, familiale et sécurisée, idéale pour se reposer tout en étant proche des commerces et commodités. Faouzi a largement dépassé nos attentes — c’est bien plus qu’un simple hôte, c’est une vraie belle rencontre humaine. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés et le recommandons chaleureusement à tous ceux qui souhaitent un séjour serein et authentique à Saïdia. Ahmed is very nice person .we spend wonderful days in his accommodation. the only problem he got one air-conditioning in one room.

Mohamed is a great host. he take hospitality to the next level by have amazing helpful supervisor and cleaning and housekeeping team they left the place full of equipment and accessories including fresh fruits and basic grocery . he did his best to make our stay as good as we expect. she even offered a free late checkout for us. and stay by himself and his team to very late hours just to give us more time. this is the entreprene mentality we all looking for. thanks Mohamed and see you again for sure.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb des trubels aber alles ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Alles war Sauber und ordentlich. Uns allen Hat das Haus sehr gefallen und inshallah kommen wir wieder ❤️

I nostri ospiti sono stati molto accoglienti, la casa era accessoriata di tutto quello descritto, avevo chiesto una coperta addizionale perche sono freddolosa e ne ho trovate diverse a disposizione, tra l altro la casa tiene bene la temperatura e quindi nn necessarie. Ottima soluzione per la ns vacanza in tranquillità.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans la magnifique villa de Moez à Djerba, et je ne peux que la recommander chaudement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par Moez, un hôte incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, qui s'est assuré que mon séjour soit parfait. La villa est tout simplement splendide, avec un intérieur moderne et raffiné, tout en préservant l'authenticité de l'île. Les équipements sont impeccables et la piscine privée est un véritable atout pour se détendre. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal, calme et proche des plages et des commerces. Moez a été d'une grande disponibilité tout au long de mon séjour, prêt à répondre à toutes mes questions et à me conseiller sur les meilleures adresses locales. C'est un hôte passionné par sa région, et cela se ressent dans la qualité de son accueil. Je recommande vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit de rêve pour passer des vacances inoubliables à Djerba. Un grand merci à Moez pour son hospitalité

Sely and Myriam were nothing but family. They made us feel right at home. Everything from top to bottom was great, our surroundings, the fruits and vegetables, the beautiful view, everything was perfect. Our host wasn’t just a host, they went above and beyond to make everything perfect and comfortable for us. Never seen someone as generous and friendly as Sely and Myriam, they became our second family. If there’s a place on earth you should visit, it’s their place!

Mr. Abdo is a great host. Villa is too clean and combination of a ancient house with all new high quality renovation. very peaceful and calm place.

Ottima sistemazione, parcheggio privato, giardino curato e recintato su tutto il perimetro della casa. Pulizia e confort dell'alloggio al di sopra della media, in posizione molto tranquilla e a distanza di ca. 15/20 minuti a piedi (a seconda dell'andatura) dal centro comm.le Zarco e dalla spiaggia "Pedras Pretas". A circa 300 mt. c'è un ottimo ristorante e nelle immediate vicinanze di questo un piccolo emporio per eventuali immediate necessità. Nelle vicinanze c'è pure un'ottima pizzeria. Per chi non disponesse di mezzo proprio rendo noto che con una passeggiata di ca. 30 minuti si può raggiungere il centro e che l'eventuale ritorno con carichi si effettuata ad un modesto costo di € 5,75.= Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Beautiful authentic and traditional house in the heart of Zahle. Peaceful neighborhood and vast house. Much recommended for big groups if needed.

Philip kiváló házigazda. A szállás jól felszerelt és tiszta. Könnyen elérhető busszal. Nem messze tőle van egy szupermarket, egy pizzéria, éttermek. Aki még nem volt Gran Canárián, Maspalomas a sziget déli, napos oldala, sok napsütéssel és strandolási lehetőséggel (mi februárban voltunk).

Die Wohnung besticht mit Meerblick und der ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Zum nächten Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man schnell weitere Strände, Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele. Das Bett war super bequem, die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Praktisch fanden wir die Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sehr gut und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fadi's place felt like home. Really enjoyed our stay there, so close to Sweifiyeh Village, yet in a quiet street. Plenty of natural light, and worked remotely from there with good wifi the whole time. Fadi was also very responsive to any questions through our stay. Love the layout and decor as well. Also the balcony was comfortable and nice to spend time on. Overall, great place. Thank you Fadi & Rebecca

Un grand merci à Na immobilier pour ce super séjour à Marrakech ! Le logement était impeccable, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. J’y étais avec ma fille et nous nous y sommes senties comme à la maison. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville tout en profitant d’un environnement calme. Un énorme plus : l’hôte a été extrêmement arrangeant et sympathique, notamment lorsqu’on lui a demandé de rester un peu plus longtemps le jour de notre départ, notre vol étant en fin d’après-midi. Ce genre d’attention fait toute la différence. Je recommande à 100 % et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !
