My house is located in Saguenay, in the district of La Baie. The place is ideally centered for those who want to visit the region. By car, it will take you 20 minutes to Chicoutimi, 50 minutes to get to the beaches of Lac-St-Jean and 30 minutes to the Saguenay National Park. A bus stop is located a 2-minute walk away. The cycle path as well as the banks for hiking on the shore at low tide are accessible on foot from the house. Convenience stores, grocery stores and pharmacies are less than 5 minutes away.

Come and stay in a century-old house by the water that offers spectacular views. This house is perfect for family gatherings and offers five bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. Direct access from the house to the beach in summer or to the ice in winter. Chalet in the heart of the forest - St-Prime. Lac St-Jean

You will have access to the 5 km of trails of our wooded lot as well as 2 km of the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. You can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. Note: For the winter season, there will be no running water. I will bring you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Ideal for 2 people.
