Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
