Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

Just returned from an awesome stay at Travis’s cottage. Travis and Morgan are great hosts and were very helpful with providing local suggestions and prompt communication. The property is great and was the perfect home base for our first trip to the North Fork. The location is ideal: quiet, charming, and centrally located to everything (wineries, beaches, breweries, farms, and great restaurants in Mattituck and the nearby towns). As a family with two young kids (6 y/o and 18 months), the fenced yard was a huge bonus - private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing while the kids played safely. The house itself is cozy, clean, and full of character. We’d absolutely stay again on our next visit to the area.

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

This was a great find for a long weekend! It was perfect for our dog as the front- and backyards are fenced in. Wonderful kitchen, great pool and close to town which made for a perfect stay. Cindy gives good recommendations on restaurants and activities and is very responsive if you have any questions.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was exactly as noted in the listing. Rooms were extremely spacious. The house was beautifully decorated. The yard is great for just relaxing with some friends. I would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sag Harbor.

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

The house is beautifully nestled on a quiet street. We spent five days at the house and very much enjoyed our time there. James was quite responsive to several questions that we had.

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

This was the perfect weekend that my family and I were looking for. Chris is a great host; responsible, responsive, and super friendly. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and clean, with AC and amenities included that made our experience unique. The pool is incredible and everything was provided to have the best time. Honestly, I highly recommend this place for any family or friends looking to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend at this outstanding place. Definitely worth it and I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

We had the best weekend! The place was safe, clean and easy to find and close to all the local shops. There was no hose to clean off the outside chairs so that we could lounge and the Pool did need some cleaning (the scooper there was broken) but we did what we could! Minor details honestly. All in all I give 5 starts because the host was fantastic and the home was beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future!!!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spot and Monika. This is our second stay- my husband, toddler, dog and I loved it last summer and came back. The back sliding doors open onto a porch where birds chirp and visit all day. The bright green lawn under towering trees is perfect for playtime or a family picnic. Little touches of thoughtfulness and charm are just everywhere. Monika’s hospitality is unparalleled- snacks and a handwritten note upon arrival, homemade treats throughout our stay, and nearly instant responses. Without being asked, she even sent us a hand-drawn walking route for a dog and baby and directions for getting there. Beaches, playgrounds, town centers, bagels etc are a short drive. The street is busy so wouldn’t go for a nearby walk necessarily but thats pretty standard throughout the Hamptons. For parents of young kids: FYI there isn’t laundry, but truthfully I just packed more- that’s how much we liked it. A laundromat is also nearby tho!

Myshkin’s place made for a nice 3-night getaway. It is private, clean, and quiet. About 10 min drive from each Sag and EH which made for easy access to both. The private beach is a 5 min walk and was great even in the offseason. In short, it makes for a great escape in a quiet part of the Hamptons.

Our recent stay at this Sag Harbor was absolutely delightful! The house was charming . We felt at home in the beautifully decorated and its well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal – a peaceful retreat yet just a short drive to the heart of Sag Harbor village with its lovely shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to the beaches.the pool are is like a mini resort! We will be back for sure.

Our family of four just had a very nice stay. The house is located in a pretty part of the Springs near Louse point. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside on the patio. And when we were too lazy to make food there are a lot of convenient options nearby in Amagansett or the Springs.

This is the second time we stayed at Kim’s. It was another pleasant experience. Kim is responsive and easy-going. Her home is welcoming and very dog-friendly. We love that Kim has beach access and it is walking distance. The convenience of her home being close to Southampton and Sag Harbor restaurants and shops is a plus. Thanks for having us, Kim. The place was just what I needed, it punches above its weight class, and had the right accommodations. More importantly, the host is super responsive.

Madelaine’s cottage was the perfect location for our weekend in Water Mill! The house was cozy with a spacious and private backyard. The location is centrally located, and we were even able to walk to and from breakfast and the farmers market. I would recommend the cottage and would absolutely stay again!

Had a lovely time in the Hamptons! Tasha was an amazing host- easiest check in/out, very responsive, and gave great recommendations for places in the area. Would love to stay here again!

We had a fabulous weekend at this lovely cottage. Located on a remote peninsula surrounded by the glistening water we couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. The amenities were both convenient and thoughtful. Although we chose to dine out, the kitchen was very modern with upscale appliances and an espresso machine. We did bbq on our last night and had a great end to our 4 night stay!
