This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. (Price adjustment possible) The room There is a 14-tatami kitchen & dining room, 6-tatami Japanese-style room (additional use of 8-tatami Western-style room when booking for 4 people), toilet, washroom, and shower room. It is a safe, all-electric specification. Umeno-Yuekigyou is a 4-minute walk from Dazaifu Station, with a convenient convenience store, supermarket within a 1-2 minute walk, and restaurants nearby, ensuring a comfortable stay. This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons.
