The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

Sie besteht aus insgesamt 10 Wohnungen, verteilt auf 4 Etagen, offiziell bei der Tourismusbehörde registriert und regelmäßig überprüft. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Restaurant. Villa Es Garrover is located in the foothills of a mountain with ocean views. It is the ideal departure point for trekking. There is a greenway of about 30 km that connects the nearest towns.
