Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saco River

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

The Bow house was a beautiful place and Jen was incredibly hospitable and responsive. This is an amazing place to come and get away from the noise. Everything was so clean and cozy. Would definitely come again!

I booked this spot for my birthday/ mother & daughter getaway and was not disappointed! The views were great and the whole place was very relaxing. Angela was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We traveled with my 3 year old rescue dog and he had the time of his life. There was plenty of space for him to run around! We will certainly be back!

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. The home was well-equipped and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a memorable stay. Julie was a fantastic host, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful spot to relax, reconnect and leave refreshed! We enjoyed everything about our stay, especially the sauna, living pool, and hike to the yurt! We would love to return, thank you for sharing such a peaceful place with us, it was exactly what we needed.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

I had a very relaxing long weekend, just what I needed for a private getaway alone. The home was cozy and comfortable, everything I needed was easy to find. I traveled alone so I would have been a bit more comfortable if there had been curtains or blinds in the main living area, however, they were in all the bedrooms. Privacy at night is just important to me. The location was very private and felt away from the world, the furniture was very comfortable which I find important on a VK anywhere. The host was extremely responsive also extremely. important.

Off the grid enough to feel completely alone in the woods, but close enough to where you can get dinner or find other things to do with only a short drive. Highly recommend.

An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.

Staying in this beautiful cabin was a dream. Tucked away in nature, it gave me the peace and clarity I was searching for. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for a quiet solo escape. I spent time walking the trail on the property, surrounded by trees and it felt like a little piece of magic. Ariana is a truly special host—warm, generous, and living a life that is deeply inspiring. She welcomed me into her home with kindness and even invited me to join her and her family for dinner, which made the experience feel so personal and meaningful. The animals on the farm are so well cared for, and it was such a joy to spend time with them—feeding baby goats, playing with the cats, and just being in that slow, intentional rhythm of life. This was my first solo trip, but definitely not my last—and I know I’ll return here again. It was everything I didn’t know I needed!

Great location and very charming location. Was very comfortable. Great kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary implements for cooking meals. Cole and his wife were very responsive and helpful with questions that i had and they even left us with a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived which was splendid as it was our anniversary. The location was super close to the covered bridge, the Echo Lake State Park and the Kancamagus, as well as US 302 which were in prime fall colors during our stay.

The view simply amazing. George our host was and he is all the things a good host should be; welcoming, helpful, accommodating, great personality and an awesome dog as well. I will strongly recommend this location if staying on top of a mountain with great views and a warm shower sounds like a great day to you. We stayed in the main cabin and it had everything we needed and then some. Very cool vintage design feel and very clean. Great job George! We will be back!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This little cabin is everything you could hope for and more! Every single little detail is carefully considered, and you can see the love that went into putting this place together. From the welcome book to the sensor night lights and the fire pit in the back, my parents and my dog absolutely loved staying here; and we felt right at home. Janice's home made this trip very special and memorable for my family. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
