The property is conveniently located at just 1.1 km away from St. George's Cathedral and 1.7 km from the city centre. The nearest tram station is at 2 min walk from the building. Merlot restaurant is situated 300 m away from the location. ZHH Termal, Timisoreana Beer Factory and Dinar restaurant are about 10 min walking from the property.

It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street. It consists of bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped) open space with bedroom. WiFi and Smart TV is available and free! The 54 m2 apartment is newly renovated and it is located in the center of the city center called "The Opera Square", near the famous Orthodox Cathedral. It has a huge balcony with a great view over the Opera, the church and Victoria Square, as you will see in the pictures. It is bright and cozy, in a classical, yet modern style. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and even an espresso machine. You are close to bars, restaurants, museums and everything you need.
