I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. Ariel was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect house for a girls’ week! This was our second stay and I feel certain if it’s available next summer we’ll come again! The great backyard and pool along with the roomy house provided all the entertainment and space we needed for hanging out together but also having alone time! Quiet and comfortable, with HEB and Spec’s close by, there’s everything you could need! Great restaurants nearby, super responsive hosts and helpful neighbors (for quick water filter changes) make this an awesome home away from home!!

If I could give this place a 10, I would! This is the second place we stayed at owned by William and Barbara. It is very close to excellent waterfront restaurants and shops. The peaceful quiet lake, with ducks, herons, turtles and birds is a perfect setting. This home was immaculate, and well equipped. The owners were communicative, and accommodating. They even left us a bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary. We will definitely be back.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. I would recommend anyone that is looking for somewhere peaceful and beautiful, to absolutely stay here.

I’m from Orange originally and decided to visit family there but wanted my own space while in town. The place was well worth it in all aspects. I will definitely be returning for future stays and will recommend it as an option to others that frequent the area.

This is our second time staying here and it's such a great place. it's close to our family nearby and within ten minutes of restaurants and shopping centers. Everything is very clean and convenient. It's a perfect way for our family to get to visit while also being able to have down time to ourselves.

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

The place is nice. We couldn’t figure out the LED lights, but that wasn’t important. Unsure of where the dedicated workspace was, but made do with no problems.

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

If you need a place that’s walkable in the Texas Medical Center area take a close look at this offering. Host’s are outstanding and you feel right at home. So many little touches that I would run out of room listing them all. Everything from the well stocked frig and freezer to the community pantry its evident that the hosts care about their guests and go out of their way to make it show.

Excellent stay! I felt right at home and was easily able to work from Yvonne’s place while visiting family in Houston.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. It was quiet, easy to settle into, and felt like a calm place to come back to each day. We especially loved the pool—such a great way to relax—and being close to Hermann Park and the trail along the bayou was a bonus. It was nice to be able to step outside and go for a walk whenever we wanted a break. The location was perfect for our needs, and the host was kind and responsive the whole time. We’re really grateful for such a smooth and peaceful stay, especially during a trip that meant a lot to our family.

We’ve stayed at Deanna’s house several times, and each time our vacation has been absolutely wonderful. We booked this Airbnb as a gift for my aunt and uncle’s 25th anniversary. They do so much for everyone around them, so we wanted to treat them to something special—and this place was perfect. Coming from Houston, the location was ideal: close enough for convenience in case of an emergency, but far enough to feel like a true getaway. They absolutely loved the peaceful setting, especially feeding the cows, which added such a charming and memorable touch to their stay. The house itself was spotless and exactly as described. They enjoyed every bit of the experience, and we’re so glad we chose this spot. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique retreat!

Can’t thank the host enough for our stay. Can’t wait to make it back out. Host has great knowledge of the area and made a true slice of heaven out in east Texas.

Awesome weekend at Joseph’s place. Brought the fam of 4 + 3 dogs. Place was clean, well-stocked, and had a great yard/porch with a grill. Rented jet skiis and a pontoon from Lake Life Rental co nearby. Only an hr from HOU. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing camp to spend quality time with family. We will definitely be back and this may be our new family Easter get away tradition. We truly feel that this was one of the best places that we have stayed!!! Amber and David were the perfect hosts and we were provided everything that was needed for our crawfish boil and bbq.

Everything was as pictured. Very nice place. Decided not to bring our dog, but next time we will. Yard was fenced and plenty of room to run. The fish weren’t biting this weekend, but they had fun fishing anyway.

We loved the quiet surroundings and watching the turtles. The fire pit was awesome for bbq!
